    3. DERMOBIL's functional activities, such as customer care (direct or through third parties), the survey about customer's satisfaction, the promotion and sale of goods and / or services, through letters, telephone calls, ads, market research and statistical analysis, etc.
  3. The personal data processing can be done manually, by means of computers and / or data processors, with a logic strictly related to the aforesaid purposes and, in any case, with the aim to ensure the security and confidentiality of such data.

DERMOBIL, in order to exercise some of its activities and to provide some of its services, relies on external firms such as:  insurance companies, car rental agencies, data transmission companies, storage companies, consulting and market-research companies, debt collection companies, long-term-leasing companies,..  In such cases, there may be a need to forward the  collected data to these firms, even if they operate abroad.  The data collected may also be disclosed to the parent company or to companies related to DERMOBIL.
